Join us Sunday, March 28th - 4 pm at Hammer & Stain Central Indiana- 11508 Lantern Road, Fishers, IN-46038  (Behind Speedway Gas Station on 116th Street & Next to COVERDALE Consulting) for our oh so popular Photo Pallet Specialty Workshop!

We are excited to have everyone in studio again!  Under this "new normal" we do have some additional policies we must put in place.  By registering for this workshop, you agree to the following:

  • We have a strict, maximum capacity that we will be following.  One project per person.  Only those registered for a workshop will be able to attend the workshop.
  • Masks are required.  As long as the CDC is recommending that the public wear masks, we will be requiring it in our studio of our makers and our staff.  This is for the safety of everyone involved.
  • If you have had a fever in the past week leading up to the workshop, please do NOT attend this workshop.  
  • You may still BYOB & snacks to enjoy during the workshop.
  • Workshop will run around 2-3 hours.

Please understand that our policies are subject to change.  This is a new time for everyone and we appreciate your understanding and are looking forward to a great workshop

PLEASE READ:

  1. You will need to email us a *high resolution* photo to be used HERE (Please email the photo before 03/25)
  2. Pallets will be 14" x 18" and photos will be printed at 11" x 14". If a square photo is necessary, we will accommodate. 
  3. There are only 12 seats available due to COVID regulations. DON'T wait to register for this workshop!
  4. Embellishments such as twine, flowers & greenery are available in studio as an add on for an extra charge.
HOW TO REGISTER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
  1. Add to cart and email us photo once paid.
  2. List names of anyone you'd like to sit with in the box.
  3. Accept terms.
  4. Agree to COVID terms & proceed with checkout.

**Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (info@hammerandstainci@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
